Evidence-informed product reviews

Stop guessing what
your product needs.

Gain clarity through research, behavioral science, product thinking, and technical context.

Does any of this
sound familiar?

These are some of the challenges product teams face when something isn’t working as expected, but the reason isn’t obvious.

01

“We’ve made changes, but the results still look the same.

Changing the interface won’t help if the underlying problem is somewhere else.
02

“We keep adding features, but users still seem confused.”

More isn’t better when the experience is unclear.
03

“We know something is wrong, but we don’t know where to start.”

Lack of clarity creates expensive guesswork.
Conclusion

You don’t need another redesign, you need clarity.

We investigate the product from multiple angles to understand what is happening, why it matters, and what deserves attention first.

Everything you need to know before booking a Product Review

A Product Review is a fixed-scope, evidence-informed assessment of a digital product or product journey. Rather than looking only at the interface, we consider user behavior, UX, communication, product context, relevant benchmarks, and technical constraints to understand what deserves attention first.

Not exactly. A traditional UX audit generally concentrates on usability and interface issues. A Product Review looks at the problem more broadly, considering behavior, communication, business context, product structure, technical realities, and the decisions the experience is asking people to make.

You do not need to decide alone. After you submit your request, we will discuss your product, current challenge, and expected outcome during a short Product Briefing. We will then confirm the most appropriate package before payment.

You will complete a short questionnaire and choose a time for the Product Briefing. During the call, we will clarify your goals, scope, and available materials. Afterward, you will receive a written confirmation with the deliverables, timeline, and payment instructions.

No. Analytics can strengthen the review, but they are not required for every package. If data is available, I will use it as one source of evidence. If it is not, the assessment can still draw from product analysis, UX principles, benchmarking, and behavioral research.

Full redesign or implementation is not part of the standard review unless scoped separately. Product Reviews focus first on understanding the problem and identifying what deserves attention. When useful, a review may include a flow, concept, prototype, or interface direction to make a recommendation concrete.

No specific business result can be guaranteed. Conversion also depends on factors such as traffic quality, pricing, positioning, implementation, technical performance, and market conditions.

What we guarantee is a thorough, evidence-informed review with clear reasoning, prioritized recommendations, and suggested ways for your team to evaluate the outcome.

Each report can include suggested success indicators relevant to the reviewed product, such as CTA engagement, completion rate, conversion, navigation behavior, or user feedback. Measurement and ongoing monitoring remain the responsibility of the client or their analytics team.
